Follow Step by Step :

Step 1

Launch the Settings app on your phone. This can be found in your App Drawer, or by Pressing the 

menu button on the outside of your device.

Tap about phone.

Tap 7 times at the "Build number"

Return Settings. tap Developer options.

Run UnlockPhone, enter the serial number on the main interface, click “Go” button

Backup your contacts and personal information

UnlockPhone would connect your device to server and detect the model information automatically.

Step 14

After the identification of your model and Android OS, click “Unlock” button to start the unlock

process.

Step 15

Wait for it to complete Unlock.

Step 16

Wait for it to complete unlock.

Success, restart mobile 

UnlockPhone Common Problems and Solutions:

If there is no unlock success message for more than 10 minutes.

Solution: please exit UnlockPhone and rerun it.

Common Problems and Solutions:

1 Prompt “Serial Number doesn’t match this device.”

Solution: Serial Number does not match the device. Please re-enter it.

2 Prompt “Registration code error.”

Solution: Invalid Registration code. Please enter the correct Registration code

3 Prompt “Download root document fail.”

Solution: Failed to download. Please check the network connections.

4 If occurs the following cases during rooting, please follow the prompts to press and 

hold corresponding buttons.
